- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of the pricing that we quote is all inclusive. There are no other costs or charges. Also, we do not charge travel time to get to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client decides to work with us we begin the process by collecting their information and then we will send a reservation agreement to them. There is a deposit required to hold the reservation which depends on the vehicle they are reserving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the transportation industry since 2000.
