- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality is our number one concern in the customer experience. Our product is priced accordingly. We are not the most expensive in the marketplace however we are priced as a commercial business and not a independent solo operation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are really easy and flexible to work with. We’re a small business with less than 20 employees. So we have a bit more flexibility to spend time on design and creating the product our customers want. Our construction process is streamlined. We have amazing home office staff that supports customer service and ensures the quality control aspect of all customer relations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters and construction management.
