We bought our house back in February 2020 and after we bought it we realized that our bathroom needed to be gutted and remodeled. Nessim Renovations was highly recommended to us. The decision was easy to make. We were able to get Nessim Renovations out extremely quickly for an estimate and gave us the best price for what we needed done. Nessim Renovations did an excellent job from start to finish! The quality of work is fantastic. Eric (Owner) was a great communicator throughout the whole process and was great to work with. Nessim Renovations was referred to me. What gave Eric, the owner, an edge over other contractors: he is also a real estate agent. He has done work in my complex, so knows the particular problems with the design of my condominium. We discussed my kitchen & some problems with the ventilation. He knew what would add value to the home without making it difficult to sell. Never once did I feel upsold. The project was practical, doable & was within budget. The work was booked immediately and the project began within a reasonable time period. Eric and his crew were professional, expert and courteous. This made the project practically stress free. Eric communicated clearly with me throughout the project and the job was done exquisitely and within the expected time frame. My kitchen and new ventilation were done with the precision of a master craftsman. Without hesitation, I give Nessim Renovations my highest rating and have already booked them for additional work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to always provide my customers with fair and reasonable pricing. And i'm willing to work with people on tight budgets. I also offer senior citizen and military discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand exactly what the customer wants to achieve. Then I provide a free estimate, including my input on how to exceed their expectations. Together with the customer, we select all the materials for the project. The work is completed within a mutually agreed upon timeline. And the final installment is made when the job is completed to the customers satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working with my father on rehab real estate projects 20 years ago and have been doing independent remodeling work for the past 10 years.
