This was my first time using a personal trainer and although I was nervous, I’m so glad that I chose to work with Andre. He not only cares about his clients’ progress, but he cares about their well-being, too. I was able to ask him millions of questions about nutrition and he was very responsive and helpful. I am seeing real progress and I already feel better about myself after working with him for a month or so. If you are unsure of which exercises are right for you at the gym, desire to lose weight, or simply want to look and feel better about yourself, Andre is the best trainer for the job.

Andre is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I feel as though he’s very understanding of my health situation and has tailored a workout routine that is effective but not too grueling. His hours are very flexible, and the gym he works out of offers tons of motivation and support. I highly urge anyone looking for a trainer to use his services.

I whole-heartedly recommend Andre!
My 16-year-old son gained 30 pounds during COVID. His confidence took a big hit. He was in a rut and felt like he needed support to help him lose weight and get fit.
We researched, looking for someone who had struggled with the same challenges with weight and overcame them through fitness. We also looked for someone he "clicked" with. After reading Andre's reviews and meeting him, we agreed, "He's the one".
We've been going (I joined too :) ) to Andre for almost three months. It's the best investment in our health and well-being we've made! Andre's upbeat, personable, and knows his stuff. His workouts are tough. He pushes you to your ability, with the right level of encouragement and support.
