This personal training duo is great! Nicole was very quick to respond after submitting a request for information and we scheduled a call to go over my fitness goals/how the training works. I had a trial session with Rebekah where we went more in depth with fitness goals and a sample work out. Over my sessions with Rebekah I have learned new work out techniques, how to incorporate weights into my work outs and have felt more motivated overall! Rebekah is very easy to talk to and learn from! During each session she reviews what we are going to focus on, demonstrates each set and keeps you motivated/ encouraged throughout! She has helped me to be more confident in trying new work outs and push me past what I thought I could do strength wise. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for an in home personal trainer!!

I couldn’t be happier with my choice for personal trainer. Nicole responded to my inquiry with a genuine response not a pre-programmed marketing blurb. We spoke same day started the next day with an evaluation of my fitness level which was real and now we do a customized session 2x a week. I have limited range of motion, weight to drop, cardio to recover and weak muscles. She made me a plan for what to do on my days “off” so it’s like I have the benefit of her all week. She corrects my form shows up on time (not that I would care if she was late) really thinks about the best movements for me keeps notes and bonus: she is intelligent to talk to. I’ve worked with trainers before and she’s my favorite so far. Now I know I can do this. Amazing that even just 2 days a week with a good trainer makes all 7 days much easier when you have a lot of progress to make like I do. I give her 5 stars for all the 5 categories they only let me pick 3. Took before pictures of myself which god forbid anyone sees but that’s how good this is going. We are even going to do some sessions at the gym so I can feel confident there and get over my aversion but for now she comes to my house. If you are on the fence or confused who to pick, take my advice and pick Nicole.

Nicole is a fantastic trainer. She Is thoughtful with her workouts and knows how to push me while working around multiple joint issues. She is always on time and fairly flexible with her schedule. Would highly recommend her.

Nicole is the whole package - extremely knowledgeable, professional and a well trained athlete in her own right. She brings years of experience and expertise to every session by creating workouts that are 1) challenging 2) effective 3) never boring. She’s a stickler for proper form to maximize results without injury. It doesn’t stop there - she also offers sound nutritional guidance and great ideas to stay on track between workouts. Nicole is an excellent listener with a dynamic approach to helping me reach my goals. She’s been the “game changer” in my motivation, fitness, strength and overall well being - all of which is priceless.

I injured my knee while running and was looking for help in getting it back to normal and then also strengthening that joint. I used to do a lot of cardio but as I get older I'm realizing I need more muscle and strength. Nicole has been great at teaching me how to incorporate strength training into my routine. I've been working with her for a few months now and my knee hasn't been bothering me! I feel stronger and healthier. Nicole has been awesome to work with!
