As a wedding cake designer and Baker the key responsibility is to represent what our customers want - In most cases we go beyond that. The final price of your wedding cake depends on the number of cake's needed and the style and decoration plus location and materials needed . Best food practices are always followed - Expiration dates are strictly followed on ingredients - eggs, butter, cream cheese , Milk , Whipping cream etc. We will not try and up-sell you or add more cost . Also, we absolutely do not schedule more than one wedding in the same day. Some of our standard cake flavors are the following: Vanilla , Vanilla Bean, Lemon , Chocolate , Dark Chocolate and Strawberry. Premium Cake flavors : - Pound Cake , Cream Cheese Pound Cake, and Red Velvet Cake , and , Cheese Cake . other flavors and fillings are available . We want everything perfect for your event . Taste Testing : a demonstration cake can be made if requested. Potential clients are asked to meet in Montgomery Mall - food court. In Addition - we do offer drop off
demonstration cakes . PLEASE NOTE: Prices are based off of Number of guest served , Job description , and materials needed , Number of cakes decorated and or made , Delivery distance and Set Up .
Prices - 3 Tier Wedding Cakes start at 425 and up base quote , and 2 tier Celebration Cakes start at 195 and up base quote . Single customized 3 layered Cakes are as follows : 6) inch 65 . 7) inch 95 . 8) inch 125 . 10) inch 155 and 12) inch 180 . Please keep in mind these are base prices and they do not allocate for bling , metallic colors , edible and non edible images , toppers , flowers or additional decorations . These prices are based on buttercream cakes only . Fondant Cake prices are available upon request and are not listed only because they are rarely requested .
Set Up Fees range from - 25 - 75
50 % Deposit - reserves your event date only.
Final Payment - Due 15 days prior to your event .
Decorative Non Edible Items and Support Dowels - you must remove from cakes .
Allergies - any allergies to certain foods such as nuts , milk products you must inform us during the consultation . And it's your responsibility to inform your guest .
Cake Changes - we would prefer any changes 10-12 days before your event if possible .
Taste Test - we provide one per client which involves a demonstration cake . Exceptions can be made if there are changes requested or revisions and is agreed to by the baker .
Cake Tables - are provided by your caterer and or the facility hosting your event .
Cake Photo - is meant as a guide only . Cakes will be made in likeness only - NO exact duplicate or copy will be made . The more information you are able to provide the better we are able to provide the best service for your event . Each cake is different . We value our work and best practices are followed with cake care in mind .
Cake & Confectionery Art is availably during the entire process of your wedding or event involving your cakes for advice , resource information and consultations , and amendments , ideas etc. In most cases we would prefer notes and information gathered to be online for referral to help and guide us in servicing your event . PLEASE NOTE : Weddings and events that go past 15 days of your event due date and no deposit has been received a new quote maybe initiated by the Wedding Cake designer for completion of service for cakes, and cupcakes etc. Moreover , we get job inquiries and request all the time and we have to keep things moving forward so we can plan our time and deliveries accordingly .
