The team did very nice work hanging large, heavy and difficult mirrors. They were cost efficient and cleaned up as well. They also did assembly of patio furniture very well and cost effective.

As a surprise for my wife, I decided to have the house renovated while she was away on vacation. I was referred by my neighbor to Modern Apex. I spoke with Sam, who seemed very knowledgeable and patient. We scheduled my installation that day. Modern Apex showed up early, (unlike the other 4 contractors on site). They were extremely professional and neat. They were contracted to mount (3) tv's, install a Ring System, and Wifi, (EERO, I think). They completed the job early and even took the time to walk me through set up. Modern Apex was very neat, and cleaned up behind themselves. I was extremely satisfied with service, and MY WIFE LOVES IT!!!!!!! P.S. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with the guys at modern apex. The mounted 4 TV’s for me. I wasn’t really worried about hiding wires just wanted the TV’s put up. A 70” flat, a 42” on an arm and two smaller TV’s one flat and another on an arm as well. They were on time, did good work and cleaned up after themselves. I will call them back for future projects and highly recommend them!!!
