Dwayne was very professional and he did a great job. He's a hard worker and he does what he said he will do. Very upfront and honest. I appreciate that. The house not only looked clean, but it felt clean. My tub hasnt looked that good in a very long time. I recommend him highly.

Carmen did a fantastic job on sanitizing. However they did charge me extra $130 because the house was dirtier than expected but the final work is worth. I hope they will not charge me extra on their next visit as this will be regular cleaning

Regarding the extra charge, we understand your concern. Deep cleans for initial visits, especially when a home hasn't been professionally cleaned recently, can sometimes require more time and effort than a regular maintenance clean. This is why, on occasion, an additional charge might be necessary if the initial condition is significantly different from what was anticipated.
Now that the initial deep clean is complete, your subsequent regular cleanings should fall within the standard pricing. Oh my gosh, this apartment hasn't sparkled with shine and been so clean since we moved in here in 2018. The bathroom is so clean and I can't believe how clean Dwayne got our tub/shower. It looks brand new. He did an excellent A++++++ job. I am so super pleased. I can't find a speck of dust anywhere. He really worked his cleaning magic!! He will be coming back next month for sure.

After an extensive search looking for a house cleaner, I chose SCRUBBS!! Prior to this decision, I was communicating with SCRUBBS though Thumbtack. I asked Dwayne for an in person meet and walk though. He had no problem making time in his schedule to do the meeting. During this meeting we discussed the fact that my home needed a deep clean to start fresh. We also discussed maintenance cleaning of weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, should I decide to move forward and hire SCRUBBS. Next, we discussed cost. The fee is more than fair and affordable!! For homes that have not been thoroughly cleaned on a regular schedule, an initial deep cleaning may be necessary. This allows us to bring your home to our highest standard before beginning service.
To accommodate this, we offer two options:
1. Phased Deep Clean: We can break down the deep cleaning into segments over the first 2-4 visits, spreading the cost and work across your first few month of service.
2. One-Day Deep Clean: For a faster result, we can complete the entire deep clean in a single visit at a separate deep-clean rate. This gets your home ready for recurring service in just one day.
