- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to beat out our competition when it comes to pricing. Money isn’t everything, but getting the job done is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I find out what the job is, and what equipment it needs. Second, I contact the customer and setup a meeting time. Then, I assess how long it will take and create a plan (if needed) While working on the project, I make sure everything fits the customers needs and thoughts. Lastly, I complete the process and thank the customer for choosing us. Along with a special thank you letter and contact information for future jobs.
