Will give the short version of my story lol. I needed a replacement key for my vehicle. I didn't have a duplicate key so the tech had to order the key fob & key & then program it for my vehicle. I have an old deadbolt on a side garage door that the keys were lost. The lock was opened very quickly, and the lock was re-worked in order to make a new key. Communication was courteous and the work was precise.
