Excellent work by Tom! He was super professional and more importantly, solved my major problem. That was retrieving a broken water faucet replacement cartridge that was stuck in the pipe. He worked patiently and carefully until the broken cartridge was removed! He did it in about half an hour, after I had already spent numerous hours trying to get it out based on DYI Internet advice :-). Sometimes you need a professional to do the work, which looks easy but can get complicated quickly. I have learned that sometimes these replacement cartridges do break and remain in the pipes, especially the older cartridges. Why that is important to know is that the technique for removal is important, but also you do want to hire a professional who will patiently try to remove the broken cartridge instead of charging you to tear up your wall and replace the valve. So thank you so much for Tom for saving the day and removing the broken cartridge! After he was finished putting in the new cartridge and the handle, etc. back together, I hired him to do another quicker plumbing fix in my house and he was efficient and fixed the issue. Tom showed me that he has the professional knowledge and skill to get the plumbing and water issues done. I would 100% hire him again if I have more plumbing issues.

Tom is fast, efficient , and kind. He will get the job done at a very fair reasonable price. He came to my house in under 2 hours notice and worked until 9pm to get the toilet leak fixed. Very genuine guy and I will be hiring Tom for all my plumbing needs in the future.
