Professional, great communication, personable, friendly. I couldn't be happier with the way that everything turned out from inquiry to photo session to final product. Would recommend 100 times.Jun 30, 2016Verified
I love working with Justin. He directs you with ease and makes you feel very comfortable when you're in front of the camera. His turnaround time is unmatched. Not only is he very professional, he's a great artist as well. You can see it in the finished products.Jun 2, 2016
Really lovely experience working with Justin on a photo shoot. He made me feel comfortable and is clearly experienced and such an artist. He really made this an enjoyable experience. Justin gave my posing tips and creative ways to make my pictures special...he obviously wanted me to look (and feel) my best. I would 100% work with him again. The pictures are stunning!May 31, 2016
Justin Walsh Photography and Design has done a couple shoots for/with me. Justin, the photographer, is easy going and fun to work with. He is always making sure the people he is working with are comfortable and is willing to talk with you about any visions you may have. He is very talented and has quite a vision of his own. I have gotten wonderful head shots and other shots from Justin Walsh Photography and Design and am planning on doing more.May 31, 2016
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing fluctuates depending on what the shoot entails. It would be nice and easy to have a set pricing system, but it's simply not possible. I will never go below $99 on a shoot though - that is a definite.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First of all, I like to connect with the people who are going to be spending some time in front of my lens. I like to know what you're looking for, and what I can do to give you that exact look. I am very open to suggestions, and will obviously provide my own, but when someone says to me "this is EXACTLY what I want", no matter what it is, I make it happen! I'm a people person, as cliche as it is to say. When I'm your photographer, I am all yours for that time we're working together. I do whatever it takes to make your dreams come to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a strong background in the arts, and have been deeply involved in them since I was a child. My overall background is as an actor and musician, but my uncle was a photographer, and I've always had a camera on me for as long as I remember, from the tiny blue child's camera (eventually covered in Mickey Mouse stickers) that my uncle bought me for my third birthday, to the several pro level Canon cameras I shoot with today. I've been shooting professionally for over a decade now, and I will admit that I am self-taught, however I've spent thirty years of my life shaping my craft and sharpening my eye.
