What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A Normal Local Tuning (45 minutes or less from Nottingham, PA) is $130. A Non-Local Tuning (50 minutes or more from Nottingham, PA) is $160. Repairs are $70/hour ($70 minimum) plus parts at cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer the customer a time that works for them then show up to make their piano sound great.
