Bruce came on time, even a little early. Got to work tuning the piano after cleaning it out and walked us through some basic knowledge my wife and I didn't previously have. Offered insights and made sure to worm carefully with the strings of our old piano!

Bruce responded quickly to my request, was EARLY for our appointment, squeezed me in on a busy pre-holiday weekend, and charged slightly less than my previous tuner--all a very pleasant surprise! He did an excellent job tuning the piano, which had been neglected for a more than a year. He also helped give me good suggestions for solving the problem I had with the digital player. HUGE help! I'm so pleased to have found Bruce Fite on Thumbtack!!!!
