- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and transparent pricing. My hourly rate is $50 with a 2-hour minimum. For larger projects, I provide flat-rate estimates. There are no hidden fees — any extra costs (like materials) are discussed in advance. I sometimes offer discounts for seniors or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for details and photos of the project. Then I give a clear estimate, schedule a time, and confirm everything before starting. I always come prepared, communicate throughout the job, and make sure the customer is satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don’t have a formal degree, I’ve been trained on the job by experienced professionals. I’ve also taken safety, painting, and drywall courses to improve my skills. Every project is a learning opportunity, and I take it seriously.
