I highly recommend Scott's services. A few months ago he power washed, sanded, and stained my deck, and it still looks amazing. I was wrapped up with work at the time and I wanted someone who felt comfortable to come in and do their thing without really needing anything from me. It was like he wasn't even here. Scott Miklos did a great job. All algae removed from vinyl siding, gutters cleaned, and even worked to remove or diminish the paint stains that ran below the orange-red shutters onto the siding! Great job at a reasonable price + loves his job!

Very professional, quick and efficient. Scott is friendly and a conscientious worker. He washed the deck, then treated it with a special bleach and then used the powerwashing machine. The whole process took around 2 hours and the deck looks great.

We used Miklos for our deck cleaning, sanding and staining project. Scott was very easy to work with. He is very personable and REALLY cares about his work. He pointed out some things that I would not have considered otherwise which made the project better. We did have a bit of a miscommunication regarding what we were interested in having done which led to Scott doing some extra work, but it actually turned out better than what we were expecting. I will be recommending him to a family member who needs similar work done.
