FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent, written pricing. Our team will give you a detailed written estimate before any work begins, so you know the full scope, materials, and timelines up front—no surprise add-ons. For repair visits, we charge a $99 dispatch fee to send a repair technician to your home. This fee is separate from the repair estimate itself. For full roof replacements, pricing varies based on the size of your home, materials you would like, and the scope of the project. As a general guideline, smaller homes often start around $10,000+, while larger homes start around $20,000+ depending on materials used and options selected. With our Overhead Care Club (OCC), members receive 10% off all repairs, a reduced service fee of $49 instead of $99, 25% off gutter cleanings, annual exterior checkups, priority service, and even a lifetime roof repair guarantee while enrolled. We also offer a wide range of financing and payment options through partner lenders. You can pay by cash, check, credit card, e-check, cashier’s check, ACH, or through a financing plan. Bottom line: We structure our pricing to be straightforward and fully documented, with optional membership and financing to make larger projects more manageable for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a typical roofing or exterior project, the process looks like this: You contact us by phone and our office gets you on the schedule quickly, often with next-day, and sometimes same-day inspections when available. One of our specialists performs a detailed interior and exterior inspection, checking structure, leaks, ventilation, gutters, skylights, and any related issues. We’ll explain whether a repair or full replacement makes the most sense, then help you choose materials that match your style and budget. You’ll receive a clear written estimate with no hidden fees. Once approved, we schedule the project. Throughout the job, Mast provides email/text updates and aims to respond to questions or concerns in less than 24 hours. Work includes removal and disposal of old materials, site protection, and installation of the new system, with strict safety practices and daily cleanup to keep your property usable and tidy. Final inspection & follow-up: A senior project manager completes a final quality check and walkthrough. After completion, you’ll have ongoing support, warranties, and a one-year Complimentary Overhead Care Club® membership included with replacements.

Professional degrees on staff: Every one of our installers is CertainTeed Master Craftsman Shingle Applicator certified.
