Well, Tom is a good human. He means well & wants to get the job done. I appreciate the fact that he came out & really tried to get this job done, which he did, however the amount of time & care taken to do so was minimal at best. Referring to the 3 item choices above, well 1st he rescheduled our 1st day/time, then the day of our appt., I had to call him during the window of time he gave me. He was 2 hours late, he was responsive, value? Well, he has a price advertised that IMO wasn't honored, as he charged more for the hours he was here. Professionalism/work quality? Well, again he tried yet with a job like this, drop clothes would be a mandatory item that would be needed to NOT make a huge mess, he had none. UGH, I'm still cleaning up after an hour of doing so last night. I still have to patch up an additional hole in my ceiling that wasn't a usable space for 1 of the speakers. Work quality? Again he tried, it was a difficult job I understand that, yet there were 2 things damaged during this install which I didn't notice until he left. (My GrandMa would have said, "he was like a bull in a China shop") So, with all that said, he is a good person, he means well & knows what needs to be done, at least with this job, however with all due respect would I hire him again? Meh, I don't think so. He might be able to accomplish other tasks better than something like the one I had for him here, that would be up to you. Again, he is a good person & means well, however if I knew what I know now, I would have to look elsewhere for such a job. TY Tom, I hope you appreciate the fact that I just have to be honest if I'm reviewing anyone, anything, etc. I can't sugar coat & feel good about those seeking assistance for a job, yet I commend you for not giving up & getting my ceiling speakers installed, through ALL the hassles & hurdles of doing so. Cheers!

Electrician checked all possible causes of what led breaker to switch to middle position. He completely took apart ceiling light/fan to locate the problem and fixed it. He put everything back together and so in addition to figuring out the breaker issue he fixed our ceiling fan and fixed a loose switch terminal. Very pleased with service. It was well worth the cost of labor. Highly recommend to others.
