- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am not happy until my customer is happy. I will let you know if I think that idea may not translate from paper to stitch. I will not yes you just for business. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Conversation- picture, digitization, approval and sew out. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am primarily self taught but have taken some courses at my local sewing shop. I never stop learning.
