Kat was awesome. Was very patient as our team decided on the logo and shirts we wanted embroidered and had great response time. We loved the way the polos came out and will definitely be back with more shirts when the time comes!
I wanted to get military patches sewed onto a hat for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, due to an error on my part, the patches were way too big for the hat. Kat was patient waiting for the items to arrive and even though I really wanted to make this work and thought maybe cutting the patches to make them smaller, she knew that it would not turn out good. Instead of doing the project just to make some money, she was honest with me and let me know here professional opinion. I highly recommend Kats Custom Embroidery. I will definitely use this company for any future embroidery projects I may have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not happy until my customer is happy. I will let you know if I think that idea may not translate from paper to stitch. I will not yes you just for business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conversation- picture, digitization, approval and sew out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am primarily self taught but have taken some courses at my local sewing shop. I never stop learning.
