Introduction: I am a professional Middle Eastern dancer (belly dancer) who performs at any event that you would like to have a lively entertainment. Performances are always family friendly, upbeat and entertaining. My dance style is a blend of Egyptian, Turkish and Lebanese styles of belly dance and can include a variety of props like finger cymbals, veil, double veil, sword, cane, tray and veil fans. Shows can be tailored to fit the needs of your event and usually includes audience participation which is always a big hit.

My party isn’t for several weeks but I’ve had many email exchanges with Surayyah regarding the plan for her performance. She has made excellent suggestions, asked insightful questions, and has been flexible when needed. One reviewer gave her 5 stars and that was one reason I included her in my initial contacts. I will write a review after the performance but I can say without equivocation that Surayyah has been completely professional to work with and a lovely person to boot.

Have a basic idea of what you are lookig for as far as goal of having the show. Is it ment to be an awe inspiring stage performance, fun and lively with audience participation, show then lead guests onto the dance floor, or graceful and emotional. Knowing this helps the dancer create the perfect show for what you are looking for. But also, be open to suggestions from the dancer.
