  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $45+/hour depending on the scope of the work. 25% off tax preparation prices for customers needing monthly support.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I first send the customer a contract and an onboarding sheet to get the basic info needed. From there, I will set up the customer on my end. Depending on the software they use (if any), they will invite me to access their books so I can start the services they need.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have over 15 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. I have worked with companies making $5k annually all the way up to companies bringing in $2B annually so I have seen it all. My degree is in Finance from the University of Maryland and I have training in specific software such as Quickbooks and Sage.
