- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

On-Site Visit & Assessment We’ll visit your home to evaluate the space, take measurements, and discuss material options or design ideas with you directly. Detailed Estimate You’ll receive a clear, written estimate outlining all costs, scope of work, and a projected timeline—no surprises. Scheduling the Work Once approved, we’ll agree on a start date and walk you through what to expect during the remodeling process. Project Execution We show up on time, keep the worksite clean, and communicate with you every step of the way. We treat your home with respect. Final Walkthrough & Customer Satisfaction After the work is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything is exactly how you envisioned.
