- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies on the size of your roof. We run special's through out the year. We offer competitive prices and financing is always available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time to go out and look at your roofing needs. We then give you an estimate of what your roof would cost. Once the estimate is agreed upon and signed we then schedule your roof. Scheduling will normally be with in 5-7 days, weather permitting, after the contract is signed, unless it is deemed an emergency then you would be placed on the schedule asap.
