We had to have drapes re-hung which were 16 feet in length and I sent out a message at 7:30 in the morning and Tony, the owner got back to me within minutes and shortly after that, we were having a phone conversation. He was here within a few hours and an hour after he was here. Everything was repaired and drapes were hung and things look great. Would recommend him strongly. His work ethic was exceptional!

I was fortunate to have 8 wood blinds instslled in my home. He was very communicative. Arrived on time as promised. Was very neat , clean and organized while working. And evening informative about how to care for blinds. I would highly recommend this company to family ,friends and neighbors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most repair jobs are a total of $165 + tax. The breakdown is $99.99 trip paid upfront. 65/hr + parts collected at end. On installations, the trip is $99 but the shades are a flat rate of $35 each when mounted on drywall under 8 ft high. Measurement surveys are $99 but are waived if hired. Custom and difficult jobs have surcharges and case by case pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the heart of the problem you are trying to solve is key. For the best result, asking you as many questions as it takes to get a clear picture of how we start. We may also try to get an inspiration picture before booking if possible. Pictures ahead of time reduce trips and increase accuracy of sketches/quotes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fine Art Degree, Fine Furniture Certification, Exterior Design Institute Member, Certified Master Home Inspector, Certified Indoor Air Quality Inspector IAQ2, State Licensed Radon Tester, and other credentials..
