When we first met with Kara, we were very happy with the quality of food and the great prices. As time passed and the date got closer, our experience became worse. Weeks before the wedding communication became very poor and I felt like I had to repeat myself a few times to make sure she had things correct. A few weeks before I had sent a seating chart. Three days before the wedding she was still trying to figure out whose china I was using and kept emailing about the seating chart. After multiple issues and stressful conversations, I felt like we were finally on the same page. On wedding day, they did not even follow the seating chart so they ran out of one of our dishes. Guests were told, "The bride and groom messed up, so this is what you get." It took everything in me to not holler during the reception. The portion sizes were HUGE and we had a lot of compliments on the taste, but the service was no where near the same quality. I do not recommend Classic Cuisine based on the poor service alone.

Working with Classic Cuisine and Kara for my wedding was so absolutely wonderful and the food was EXCELENT. The service is so proffessional (they went above and beyond), but my family and I were taken care of like it was personal. And I cant say enough about the presentation. Breathtaking. Kara made everything go so smoothly, I never worried about a single thing and she was always available to answer all my questions. LOVED having them!!!! I definitely recomend them

I have used Kara for two events and our third event is scheduled with her in 6 months. All of the events involved a unique menu that we requested. Kara is an outstanding individual to work with on an event. The quality of service she provides is excellent. Her diligent attention to all the details of the meal sets her apart. The food was delicious and served at the proper temperature. She anticipated our needs and was working to fulfill those needs even before we asked. We look forward to working with her again!

The quality of food and service is very important in the catering business and shouldn't be judged on price alone... Just because the price is high doesn't mean the quality if food or service will be high.
