- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Perfectionism Cleaning Services pricing is suitable and comfortable to it's clients wallets. We have a discount on how referring another possible client can get you 15% off on your second visit. Now, when it comes to canceling a cancellation fee will be billed to the client cancelling the day prior or day of the cleaning service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to first, go through a walkthrough with our potential new client and in doing so gather as much information as needed to determine the pricing and the amount of work that is going to take place. It'll give us the opportunity to have an idea of what products we'll be needing for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We as founders of Perfectionism Cleaning Services have depended on our research and others like us in our surroundings and have grasp ideas of how to build a business and have self-discipline in within ourselves into becoming passionate about our goals and doing any means necessary to accomplish them. We are passionate on bringing relaxation and comfort to our clients homes and workplace after a tiring day out.
