Our current customer list includes notable local GC's such as IMC Construction, D. Fickler Construction, Pancoast & Clifford, CH&E, Norwood Construction and A-1 Construction. We also have worked extensively with local property managers, including J. Loew & Associates, Brandywine Realty Trust and Liberty Property Trust. Our recent projects have ranged in price from $1,500 to over $1,000,000. We self-perform all refrigerant piping, hydronic piping and temperature controls. We can design, install and service virtually all HVAC systems, including two and four-pipe hydronic, water source heat pump, constant volume and VAV systems. We also handle steam and hot water boiler service, repair and replacement. We have in-house engineering capability and can provide sealed MEP plans for a variety of projects.
