- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for our services range from very small packages to full live-stages. We work with each client to find the gear and services that will best serve their needs, and then we end up bringing more gear anyway...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in clear planning and close communication in working with clients to make sure that the sound for their event is the best it can be and right on the sweet spot for them for pricing. We stay close right up until the day of the show, and then we are on-site with you until the final bows.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work pretty exclusively with A1 audio techs and recording engineers with an average of ten years experience, the Audio Jedi of their field, who can bring clarity and power to your event. We provide a consistent and dependable platform for your show with professional expertise, solid technical backup and best practices across our operations.
