- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All of our full cat grooming appointments come with a years worth of FREE unlimited maintenance services offered every Wed from 6pm-7:30pm. These free walk-in services include nail trimming•sanitary clip•belly shave•ear cleaning & free grooming maintenance tutorials
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We require that you complete our online client form and show proof of a rabies vaccine within the last 3 years. We also ask that you stay for your cats 1st grooming so you can monitor your cats stress levels. You are welcome to stay for all groomings but first groom you are required to stay
