I have tried 2 other big name hvac companies. Both of them gave me spliced thermostat wiring as the issue and charged me with no follow up. For 10 days, we didn’t have A/C. John came on time and did a great job in identifying the AC contact-or short issue and fixing it. With in couple of hours, we got our A/C back.

Great Experience with finish line. My AC was taking too long to cool the house so i suspected a performance issue. John arrived on time as scheduled, he checked the system and confirmed that the system is running well. The refrigerant level was a little bit off but not too much and he disclosed that it won’t fix the problem if he adjusted it after explaining all details and disclosing, so I appreciate his honesty and professionalism as he didn’t try to sell me something to charge me more money. He also suggested couple of things and provided his insights to improve the cooling. In addition, gave me the option to text them if I have any questions!. Also their prices are reasonable, so I’ll definitely hire them again if needed.
