I contacted Michelle for help with cleaning my elderly mother’s home. She responded very quickly and was flexible in scheduling a meeting time as I wanted to be there but live an hour away from mom. She arrived at her home on time, was very professional and pleasant. Mom, who has always been very particular about her home, has been very happy with Michelle’s work. Michelle has been very helpful - my mother looks forward to her visits. I would highly recommend Mack’s Elite!!

Our entire family (including our 13 year-old daughter and 12 year-old son) was very impressed from the moment we met Michelle. She is very responsive, diligent, professional, and personable. Our first initial cleaning was yesterday and let’s just say that Michelle/Mack’s Elite Cleaning has gained a new returning customer! Michelle went above and beyond by rearranging furniture in our daughter’s room to make better use of the space and our daughter (typical fussy teenager) LOVED what Michelle did! It was obvious to us that Michelle takes great pride in her work and we are looking forward to having our home taken care of with Michelle’s TLC!

We had Mack’s elite service over for move in cleaning. Michelle did an excellent job cleaning up the window sills, convection oven, basement, hard wood floors, baseboards and the kitchen counters. Very very happy with the window sill, baseboard, floors and convection oven cleaning. For future reference would like to understand better what entails in the move in cleaning and under the original quoted amount. Also expected a couple of cleaners to get work done under 3 hours but took longer as there was only one person. However work quality was good even though all done by a single person on a longer shift.

Hello glad to hear you were satisfied with services but disappointed with how long services took and what the price entails ; if you carefully read the quote that was sent out to you , you would see it in detail the quote you were given was for cleaning the home itself it specifically states $45 per appliance cleaning $5 per window and you had extra services added basement cleaning etc you went from having 6 windows cleaned to 18 windows so due to the extra services you added on is why the time frame changes my employee asked if you were sure and if that’s what you wanted and you agreed ...also In the beginning before services were started there was a message sent stating the other person will be late due to emergency purposes and you were ok also you have rescheduled on numerous occasions which is kind of hard to have a full staff but I still made it work i am sorry if there was some miscommunication along the way but I thought we were on the same page again I highly appreciate your business Thanks for giving our company the opportunity !!!

Great experience from start to finish. Incredibly accommodating with my schedule, asked if I wanted "extras" done and worked very well with pets in the house. Left the place sparkling. Michelle was hard working but delightfully friendly. Would recommend and will use again!
