I worked with Israel on $15 million commercial project. His professionalism is amazing. When he had to step in and help his team the quality and care he put into his work was outstanding. The drive he has to come in early and stay late to finish a project on time and within budget was very admirable. Not only does Israel care about his work, he also cares about the customer.
