Edward Burrell was very courteous and professional in a warm and friendly way. He was well versed and extremely knowledgeable as an instructor. He conveyed the information in way that was very easy to follow and understand. He also answered and explained all of my questions. My daughter and I feel very confident that we will be able to use what we learned if needed. We are proud that we earned our Adult & Pediatric CPR/First Aid and AED certification from a very competent and qualified instructor as Edward Burrell of Rouge Enterprises. He is definitely an asset to the community he serves and represents. I will definitely tell others about him and will request him again when I re-certify in two years. P.S. The night before our training, there were bad thunderstorms at the location site for our training where some roads were impassable due to a few downed trees, along with intermittent electricity. The morning of the training I received a text explaining what happened. The training was not canceled, but an alternate location was given, which was perfect. Who does that??? Ed came to our house to do a private infant/adult for class. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and personable. He covered chocking and CPR, particularly for infants as we are expecting a baby soon. The class was worthwhile and useful for all of us.
