Ernie & Max were absolutely amazing at our wedding! Our guests loved them and couldn’t stop talking about how quickly they served drinks, how upbeat they were and how they kept the party going! Would recommend NCT Inc. to everyone I know without hesitation!

Ernie was great! We used him for our wedding and also did a taste testing to choose our signature drinks prior to the wedding. 10/10 recommend! Drinks were amazing and he was very quick to communicate!

Ernie and Jen were a huge part of making my wife's 40th birthday a success. I really can't say enough! If you don't want to read my long review: just hire them! Ernie is a cocktail craftsman and not just another bartender making well drinks. We worked together on a custom cocktail menu which he executed beautifully for our guests. I originally planned on just hiring a bartender but decided to also have Jen help with greeting guests and prepping/serving hors d'ourves. I'm so glad the extra help was there as it made my experience as a host so much easier and brought my guests' experience to another level. Jen also helped hugely with cleanup during and after the event. Ernie and Jen are both very experienced and super professional, offering feedback on how best to execute my ideas for the party. The last thing I'll mention is that Ernie's communication was clear and thoughtful during planning and while I was still researching bartenders. I think that is a big plus when trying to plan event and pull all the loose ends together. I really hope we have a chance to hire them again!

Ernie was great! We were so happy to have him bartending at our wedding and he did a phenomenal job. He helped us to choose the drink menu and brought all of the mixers. Our guests raved about the Lemon Drop Martini! I highly recommend!

Ernie makes great cocktails. He knows what he is doing. We had specialty cocktails for our wedding and all of them were amazing. The guests were raving about them. He was able to make more complex drinks for 25+ people and deal with a crowd who likes to drink. We had Passionfruit martinis, lemon drops, gin sours, and cucumber/cilantro gin & tonics. After our cocktail hour, Ernie helped pour wine at our home wedding. Afterwards, he made dessert cocktails, White Russians and gin sours. They were all perfect. His rate is affordable, he is personable and knowledgeable, and he figured things out, as I was a bride running around and gave little direction. We purchased the alcohol and garnishes and Ernie cut them and set up the bar. But I would trust him to buy stuff for you or his recommendations. He recommended a gin sour and we loved it. Highly recommend!
