Quick turnaround time! I thought I would of have to vacated my home for a long period of time. Not at all. They used pet-friendly products and got rid of the mold. Thank you thank you thank you!

Vinny was awesome! Very responsive, was at my daughters house just a few days later. He explained what he was doing, took before and after pictures. Just an all around nice guy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on square foot as well as how bad the over all mold damage will be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial evaluation. Site visit.
2. Estimate and report provided to customer.
3. If the customer agrees to estimate, he/she will accept the estimate.
4. Once the estimate is accespted we will work out a day,date,time to perform the work.
5. Payment is due before work is performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the mold remediation, environmental testing, and home inspection field for over 10 years. Prior to this I was a project architect and a United State Marine.
