Bob did a great job removing a lot of old wall-wall carpeting from my house. He worked hard and thoroughly, and left the exposed wood floors clean. He is very courteous, pleasant, and professional to deal with. I highly recommend him!

Bob did an excellent job! He was able to bring life back into carpets that are more than 10 years old. After a steam cleaning and a stretch they look perfect. I’ll absolutely hire Bob to upgrade a few of my extra bedrooms. Stop looking and just hire him!!!!

After I submitted my request, Bob reached out promptly. Rather than provide a quick quote like others, he asked for more details and pictures so he could provide an accurate quote and answer my questions through Thumbtack. I really liked this, whereas the other bids I received were flat quotes without anymore details provided. I was afraid those bidders would show up and have “additional costs” in the end. He provided a date and time when he would be onsite and sent a courtesy text when he was 20 minutes away. Loved the communication with the customer! His service was excellent. He stretched out the carpet and added an additional tack strip which we needed to properly hold the carpet down. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend him. I now have someone I will call for all my carpet services in the future. Thank you Bob!
