- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We now accept credit card payments. This allows us to serve a wider customer base.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll schedule a phone call where we'll discuss the scope of work that the customer wants to have done, a course of action, and price range for said work. Following that, there will be an on site meeting with all authorizing members/parties in order to work out a solid plan for the work that is to be provided, answer any questions, schedule the start of the work, and most importantly, have face to face interaction with us and our respective customers. Lastly, the job will commence on the predetermined date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Equipmen training comes from one of our employees who was formerly an instructor to new recruits for one of the larger excavation and construction outfits in the area. Leadership and Management training comes from our President who has time spent overseas, as a squad leader, and a platoon sergeant in the military. Business management comes from the eldest member and founder of R K Brauer Contracting Services. Together, there isn't much we cannot accomplish.
