FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Each project is estimated based on the scope of work, and we’ll provide a clear breakdown before getting started so you know exactly what to expect. Smaller jobs are typically priced at a flat rate or hourly, while larger remodeling or design projects are quoted individually. We occasionally offer discounts for bundled services or repeat customers, and we never charge surprise fees along the way. Our goal is to provide fair, competitive pricing while delivering high-quality results you can trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our goal is to keep the process simple and clear from start to finish: *Initial Contact – We start with a quick conversation to understand your project needs and schedule a time to take a closer look at the work. *On-Site Visit & Estimate – We’ll visit your home, review the project details, and provide a clear estimate with a breakdown of costs and timeline. *Planning & Design (if needed) – For larger remodels or design projects, we’ll work with you on layouts, material selections, and design choices before getting started. *Scheduling – Once the scope is set, we’ll agree on a start date that works for you and outline the expected duration of the project. *Project Work – Our skilled team gets to work, maintaining clear communication and keeping the workspace clean and organized. *Final Walkthrough – At the end of the job, we’ll walk through everything together to make sure you’re completely satisfied. This step-by-step approach ensures that every customer feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire process.
