FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair, competitive pricing that typically falls in the mid-range when compared with other established and reputable painting contractors. We offer a 5% discount for seniors and military/veterans, along with seasonal promotions that vary throughout the year, so be sure to ask about current discounts during your estimate appointment. If you receive another quote from a comparable insured painting company, feel free to share it with us—Pro Painters Plus is always willing to review competitive bids and will do our best to match or beat them whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we start by scheduling an on-site visit to review the details of your painting project, answer questions, and take any necessary measurements or photos. After the visit, we prepare a detailed written proposal and email it to you for review. Once you approve the proposal, we discuss scheduling options, reserve your project dates, and schedule a color consultation if requested. The week before your start date, we reach out to reconfirm everything and address any last-minute questions. On the first day of the project, we arrive at the agreed-upon time, review the scope of work with you once more to ensure accuracy, and then get started. Throughout the project, our team works efficiently, maintains a clean jobsite, and focuses on delivering high-quality results. When the work is complete, we perform a final walkthrough with you to make sure you’re satisfied with the results before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings years of hands-on industry experience, ongoing professional training, and a deep understanding of the standards set by the Painting Contractors Association (PCA). We stay current on the latest products, application techniques, surface preparation standards, and best practices through manufacturer trainings with Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, along with continuous in-house training to ensure consistent, high-quality workmanship. This combination of experience and ongoing education ensures that every project is completed with skill, precision, and professionalism.
