- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer completive pricing that typically falls in the middle of the pack when receiving multiple quotes from quality/established house painting contractors. Ask about current promotions/discounts/coupons at the time of your estimate appointment for the best savings on your painting project. Also, if you want to work with Pro Painters Plus but receive other quotes for your project that are less, please let us know & we will do our best to match or beat competitive quotes!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a meeting to review the details of the customer's project. Write up a detail proposal/quote & email it to the customer. Discuss scheduling options & schedule the customer's project and schedule a color consultation with the customer if requested. Contact the customer the week prior to the scheduled start date of the project to reconfirm getting started the following week. Show up at the agreed upon time & date to start the project and review the details of the project once again to ensure accuracy of the scope of work. Complete the project with quality results & in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
