Dave promptly contacted me and we scheduled an appointment for window cleaning and another for power washing my house. I also hired him to clean sooty stonework around my fireplace. On all the jobs he did thorough work and was careful in the house and outside with the shrubs and plantings around the house. I will hire TADA again.

Would have preferred to have the job done in one day but time did not allow Dave to do so. Also complete job was not done. Asked to have garage windows cleaned and they were not. I paid a lot of money and was expecting a better job. Don't think I will call again.

The original request mentioned 6-10 windows that needed to be cleaned and I planned my schedule accordingly. Upon arrival at the job site I discovered that there were 25 windows and as a result I needed to schedule a second day. All of the windows are now cleaned according to the customer's request.

What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs that we do involve cleaning tile and grout floors in bathrooms / kitchens. We also are able to clean shower walls. In addition to cleaning tile and grout, our second most common service is carpet cleaning.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
TADA Hydro Cleaning assisted new home owners in cleaning a house that had been vacant for over two years. The home owners thought they were going to need to remodel the main bathroom because it was so dirty. They are still planning to do a remodel, but not for a few years. The home owners could not believe the difference. In addition, we also cleaned their kitchen floor. They had a three month old baby at the time and had never allowed him on the floor in the kitchen (even on a blanket). After we cleaned the floor, we received our greatest compliment. Not only did the home owners place their baby on the floor, but they did so without a blanket!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For tile & grout cleaning, make sure that you hire a professional who is able to properly identify the type of tile that you want to have cleaned. Professional cleaners use different methods for cleaning ceramic/porcelain tile then natural stone. Using improper methods or chemicals on natural stone can cause damage.
