I had the pleasure to watch , listen and transport while watching this amazing young lady perform her recital . I must say she shocked me with her fluent transitions and spectacular performance. She will go far and can add an amazing addition to whatever your event may be .

Dorothy is a patient instructor able to work with each student's individual needs. Her upbeat and warm personality are a great help to students who may initially feel shy or uncertain about their own skills. She will work at whatever pace is most appropriate for the student, and has been dedicated to her music for many years.

FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching and performing throughout the Philadelphia area over the past seven years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in performance from the University of Dayton, and a Master's Degree in String Pedagogy from Temple University. I am also a registered Suzuki violin/viola teacher as of July 31st 2017.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began playing the violin in preschool through a Suzuki program and it has been enriching my life ever since.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would be upfront about your needs and expectations, and don't be afraid to ask questions!
