I reached out to Mr. Arechavala after a not to good experience with another Attorney. I was not sure Mr Arechavala would be able to help me but quickly learn that he is a honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable Attorney. He immediately extended much Respect and Kindness. He responded quickly to my initial email. He made time to meet with me on the weekend, He Listened and then gave great advice. You would think that was it but not by a long shot. My fees are reasonable, and fair. I try to give firm flat rate fee quotes for most cases. I also allow clients to pay in installments if that helps.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the client and I should speak over the phone. There is no charge for this initial telephone consultation. If the potential client and I feel like we can work together, then we will schedule a meeting.
