I had been struggling with credit card debt for some time and was always a bit hesitant to file for bankruptcy because I was afraid the government would take my car. But after receiving letters from my creditors threatening wage garnishment, I contacted Att. Francisco Uribe just to ask some questions. He wasn’t pushy, explained the bankruptcy process to me clearly, and advised as to whether it was a good idea for me. The consultation was free and very informative, and I ultimately decided to go ahead with the bankruptcy. I am now debt free, and I was able to keep all my things, including my car!! I contacted Attorney Uribe for some assistance with my credit card debt. I was thinking that I was going to have to file for bankruptcy as my monthly payments were suffocating. However, after meeting with Mr. Uribe and going over my entire financial situation, he advised me that bankruptcy was actually not my best course of action. Instead, we decided to allow him to negotiate with my creditors where he was able to get my payments lowered to a much more manageable amount. This ended up costing only half of what a bankruptcy would have cost me. Attorney Uribe is highly knowledgeable, honest, and returns your phone calls!! I highly recommend him to anyone struggling with debt.

I contacted Attorney Urbe after my divorce. I already had high credit card debt before the divorce, but after paying for the divorce attorney, and now with the child support and alimony payments, I was really struggling. Attorney Uribe was very understanding and advised me on my situation with great care and knowledge. My debt has now become much more manageable and I’m back to being able to pay for my current bills and save for retirement. Attorney Uribe also helped me find an excellent personal injury attorney following a car accident I recently had which was incredibly helpful. It’s nice to finally find a lawyer who returns your calls and actually cares. You should definitely hire Attorney Uribe if you are in any type of debt, or for any legal situation you may have.
