Introduction: We stand out from others because you are not the typical gym. We hold major certifications and advanced degrees in health and fitness. We will never throw you into a class without guidance and support. We will always individualize your workout based on your fitness goals and fitness level. We treat you like family and make every effort for you to feel comfortable while working out, whether you are a size 0 or 22. We accept people for where they are in their fitness goal. We love to help others in their fitness journey. On average, our male clients have lost about 8-20 lbs of weight within 1-2 months. Female clients have lost about 8-12 lbs and 10-15 inches. Our MMA conditioning program has improved our team's energy, strength, and endurance which led to them placing first and second in the North American Grappling Association tournmament (NAGA). Professional MMA fighters have recently signed onto our MMA conditioning program in order to maximize their sports performance. One of our female clients has completed three 5K charity runs so far this year. This was her first time ever competing in any runs, with more to come this year. All clients have also noticed an increase in energy and improvement in their mood and have developed a sense of camaraderie.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    We suggest that you look for a facility who will be willing to work with you to meet your realistic fitness goals and not throw you into a class without supervision. It is important to feel safe, comfortable, and supported at the facility. Most importantly, the provider needs to be experienced and be able to develop individualized fitness programs for you. Please evaluate the credentials of your provider. We believe that if all of these criteria are met, you will enjoy coming and will be more likely to achieve your fitness goals.
