Refusing to honor their warranty to repair air conditioner unit during this current heat wave. They keep putting my household off saying we are on the "list" for that day. It's been three days and no explanation for their "no show". Aweful customer service. They are dodging calls and even hung up on me when I tried to explain that we have an elderly Alzheimer's patient living with us. This weather is not safe and they are putting my family in danger.
