First, we listen to the customer’s concerns and inspect the system thoroughly. We explain the issue clearly and provide options before starting any work. Once approved, we complete the repair or installation carefully and test the system to ensure everything is working properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed HVAC training and continue learning through hands-on field work and manufacturer guidelines. My focus is on proper installation, diagnostics, and safety standards to ensure systems operate correctly and efficiently.
