- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing straightforward and fair. I don’t believe in hidden fees. I offer flat-rate diagnostics and will always explain the cost before doing any work. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, military, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a detailed conversation to understand the issue or service needed. Then I inspect the system, explain what I find in plain terms, and offer solutions with clear pricing. I make sure the customer is comfortable and informed before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an accredited HVAC training program and have over 9 years of hands-on experience in residential systems. I’m EPA 608 certified and stay up-to-date with continuing education on evolving equipment, refrigerants, and system efficiency standards.
