- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What the costumer should know about my pricing is I do ask for a $50 diagnostic fee. If hired for the job, I do waive that fee. If you decide not to hire me for the job, I will collect the fee upon departure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new costumer entails trying to learn as much information as I can about the project. I than proceed to figure out scheduling that would be most convenient for the costumer. I go and diagnose the problem further at the location. If the costumer agrees to pricing and would like me to complete the job, we proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended New Orleans Technical College.
