My life is centered around my wife of 19 years, our three daughters, photography, and travel. I've always loved exploring the world, and for nearly two decades, I've been lucky enough to document more than 760 weddings across the U.S. and abroad. My work has appeared in Vogue, Elle, GQ, Tatler, The New York Times, and others.
I photographed my first wedding in 2006 and was immediately drawn to the mix of style, emotion, and storytelling that makes every celebration unique. After 20 years in the industry, I’ve developed a natural instinct for anticipating moments and handling the unexpected with ease.
My work takes me everywhere—from coastal estates and mountain lodges to city rooftops and backyard celebrations. I was born in Texas, have deep family roots in North Carolina, and spent years working in NYC and LA. These days, I split my time between NJ and documenting weddings throughout the country and abroad.
Wherever your celebration takes place, my goal is to create a relaxed environment where you can simply be yourselves. A wedding shouldn't feel like an extended photoshoot, especially for those who are camera-shy, so I focus on staying discreet and out of the way. By prioritizing presence over posing, I’m able to capture the unscripted story of the day as it truly unfolds, rather than a series of staged moments. I photograph weddings for couples of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations, bringing that same respectful care to every celebration. I'd love to hear about yours.
