I had worked with this company about 1 year ago to insulate my home. They came in at the best price using a loose blown-in insulation with a barrier shield. After the first quote, I thought it would include another area but ended having to pay more for it. They had to come back a total of 3 times and still haven't done the job right. The owner now does not answer my emails or phone calls and I had to stay home from work the 3rd time his workers came to fix the insulation and we worked over 8 hours. We were not able to open every wall and ceiling and now I asked the owner to come with a thermo-device to check the insulation. After over 4 tries to get in touch with them, I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau. They are not a good company and the owner is a good salesman but not a good contractor! Use another company!
